Use of this site

The site is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Standards licensing

Published USPC schemas are made available royalty-free for implementation, provided attribution is retained and derivative schemas are not presented as USPC standards.

Research library

Member research is licensed to the member organization for internal use. Redistribution outside the member organization requires written permission.

Membership

Membership is annual, non-transferable, and subject to approval by the membership committee. Fees are non-refundable once the term begins.

Liability

Content is provided as-is. The Council is not liable for decisions made in reliance on published benchmarks or standards.
