AI is completely transforming the real estate industry.  The AI Forum of the U.S. PropTech Council serves as a pivotal platform to advance the integration of artificial intelligence within the real estate industry. By bringing together thought leaders, innovators, and stakeholders, the forum fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing to address industry challenges and uncover new opportunities. It aims to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and create smarter, more sustainable real estate ecosystems. Through workshops, networking events, and research initiatives, the AI Forum promotes innovation and supports the growth of PropTech companies, empowering the real estate sector to adapt to an increasingly technology-driven world.

As the real estate industry is reinventing itself, more and more  design considerations will be placed on architects to include digital infrastructure and technology.  Also, as we define the future of real estate, designing buildings within a theoretical framework that they must be adapatively reused within 10-20 years will change the future of design and create more sustainable built environment.  This forum is dedicated to those two goals.

It is a no-pitch zone, focused on collaborations amongst real estate firms.  The guidance gathered here will be provided to our proptech community so that we can solve the problems of today and tomorrow and provide guidance to the proptech community on how best to propose solutions to the real estate firms.
