Howard Berry is a leading data center real estate professional in the U.S. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he is the National Director of Data Center Solutions at Avison Young and a Principal partner. Berry excels in developing, selling, and leasing data center products. His notable achievements include transforming Vishay Technologies into a state-of-the-art data center and facilitating Microsoft's multi-state land acquisition. Previously at Colliers International, he was the National Director of Data Center Business, where he expanded their national platform and mentored brokers. Earlier, he worked at Grubb & Ellis and gained commercial construction management experience.
