A creative strategist, highly effective at developing viable solutions from concept to launch, who has successfully spearheaded growth initiatives across three the Americas, EMEA, and APAC and led teams to produce over $1.5 Billion of new product activity - 40 talented global product managers focused on commercialization and support of software, apps, firmware, hardware, and smart edge devices advancing experience, intelligence, safety, and sustainability in the built environment.

● Led the execution, significant product transformation, and launch of the Honeywell Advance Building Control Platform - Honeywell's most substantial leap in building controls to date - through a product modularization initiative consolidating 33 disparate hardware platforms to 3 global platforms, futureproofing with a solid technological hardware foundation, creating new product revenue, significant inventory reduction, and increased productivity.
● Directed strategic team to create Remote Building Manager, a cloud based software solution designed to offer an end-to-end unified experience for our customers and end users while developing a robust foundation with cloud analytics to build modular SaaS subscription-based products firmly establishing a sustainable roadmap of recurring revenue opportunities.
● Established and directed a team to deliver multiple, award winning, customer centric smart edge devices from a common product platform including commercial thermostats, air sensors, and wall modules for in room control that delivered on customer expectations of ease of install and commissioning, user experience and functionality, and a high level of aesthetics.
